Raspberry and banana 'icecream' recipe

Makes enough icecream for 4 cones


Ingredients


  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen solid
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries



Method


Place the frozen bananas and raspberries into a food processor and whizz for around 30 seconds, until smooth and completely combined. If you have a whipping attachment for your food processor, put that in and whip for 2 minutes. If not, transfer to a bowl and whip using a stand mixer or egg beaters. You basically want to whip lots of air into the mixture which gives it an incredibly light texture.
Serve in bowls or cones.
